Your Digital Signature Certificate lives on a hardware token. ShipBill Desk never sees your private key or PIN.

Follow these steps

  1. Install the token driver

    Download the driver from your DSC provider and install it.

  2. Plug in the token

    Insert it and wait for the system to recognise it.

  3. Open Digital Signature

    In the employee area choose Digital Signature.

  4. Check the certificate

    Your certificate should be listed. If not, reinstall the driver and refresh.
